Portable Lunch What Is An Easy, Healthy And Portable Lunch/breakfast? (points)?

What is an easy, healthy and portable lunch/breakfast? (points)? - portable lunch

I am a full time student and part-time jobs, so I am around from morning till night. Lately I have really bad fast food and have tried to prepare dinner and breakfast. My problem is that more can imagine anything, it's easy or sandwiches or fruit. Health is also a concern. I also try to foods high in calories, avoid sugar or fat.

Thanks in advance!

The day before the same packing a healthy lunch in a sandwich bag (with pieces of lean protein, like a cold turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bread, or want to) when you're outside and you will instead be run by the Counter is the best way to go, he really healthy!
Package of fruit such as apples, nuts like almonds, granola bars, etc.

for breakfast, fill a microwave or coffee, tea or milk or orange juice or whatever you drink in the morning, take your own bagel with cream cheese or make a counter, a fiber is really great and comes in a variety of new flavors (my favorite Mocha chocolate!)
