What's a good strong indoor light? (home lighting)? - home lighting effects

I want to do some rebuilding and future budget and planning, to the room during the darkest days of winter to light. Do you want me to be a SAD lamp for every room? Halogen? What really mimics a kind of bridge the sunlight into power?

SAD lamps are very expensive just to buy it, who can all share. But if I return the light in my house I have the two LED is now on hydropower, which is more expensive now, but you will save the last few years with the water. And it looks good. Halogen is so hot that the plastic is actually burned in one of my games, so do not be, unless they are of minor significance metal halide lamps. In addition, compact fluorescent lamps are now in the form and style, so you could see the store as well, and again on hydro bills. Are you really going to schedule well and compare styles and power storage. Another thing is to get blinds for privacy and are blind or use in the night. Natural light is really the best and hopefully prevent sad if it is a large window with southern exposure Nice, kind of a pain in the summer, but to help where the shutters and blinds.
